They were the designers and producers of distinctive displays from 1950-1970's? This company produced the heads of animals in chalk ware for several beer companies. They also made small plastic animals they were mounted on shields, round or rectangle plaques. Please drop me a line. I'm needing info. for a web page listing Animal Beer Signs.

I have a large electric backbar sign advertising Fort Pitt Special Beer for sale. This sign appears to date to the 1930s – probably right after Prohibition was repealed. The sign's dimensions are 25" long, 7" tall, and 2-3/4" deep. The manufacturer of the sign is The Ohio Advertising Display Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. 'F50 FIREBALL STREAMLINER' is stenciled on the rear of the sign. The sign is in overall good condition with ALL ORIGINAL PARTS and in perfect working order. The face of the silver frame has some light rust (probably from humidity) and pitting. The upper left corner of the glass portion is cracked. Check out the pictures of the sign at the URL provided.
