From the Daily Mirror issue of Thursday Dec 5^th, 1935, the image here shows what is very likely low-profile 9 2/3oz cones being used to “Can” the beer.  This is the picture referenced in the 4^th paragraph, 2^nd sentence: “The Black and white picture form the employee event shows a low-profile ribbed cone, …”

In addition are two examples of low profile ribbed cones that have been photographed over the years, the “BEER” both could be salesman’s samples.

The advert for the Vezelize can that gives credence to the possibility that the can was actually released to the public prior to the outbreak of WWII.   Referenced in the paragraph headed by “Two came from France”.  The translation:

Here are two advertisements from the San Francisco Examiner featuring the “Imported” canned Tecate. The o­ne from Sunday April 6^th, 1947 states “Available now in bottles and soon in cans.” and the other from Monday June 16^th, 1947 which shows the canbut does not list prices for the canned beer.
